Well now I'm weighing every portion. I am really psyched about this website...very impressed. You can even set up meals that you just click on and ...awe I thought that was the coolest thing ever.

Did well...and without any hunger.
Oh, but now it's eight at night and the hunger sets in...

I am drinking 1 liter of water 3 times daily...and it seems to really be flushing away the fat at a high rate...but I wonder if this is too much?

Just the first day...but I lost two pounds. I know that drinking water and adhering to the diet is the key that makes this happen. However, I don't believe that I could sustain this pace indefinately. Plus I just got a job doing snow removal, which is quite laborous...and from this I'll need more carboyhdrates. So we'll see what happens long term with this new schedule.

Today I am just begining...but this website is very cool. I can see why it is rated one of the all around top ten websites. This is going to be very helpful. Whoever started this...
