After so many days of toiling, I've finally reached my goal weight!! WOOHOO!! Now I have a new goal and I hope that I will reach it soon. I just love the expression on my families' and friends' face when they see the new 'me'. It was so worth it. I took more than 10 years to gain all that excess weight and I took 3 months to shed it off! Some of my friends tell me that I'm too extreme with my diet and that I will rebound back in no time but I'm pretty sure that my determination ain't going to falter so easily. Losing 15kg is no easy task and one that I hope to keep for a long time to come. My BMI is of a normal and healthy person now. And what a relief it is. Now... to lose another 5kg.
