It's been a long time since I signed in here. Been really busy with real life and although I've been exercising regularly, I haven't really been filtering what I put into my mouth. Exercising has become a norm for me and if I don't go one day, I feel restless and uncomfortable. Some might say that I've become an exercising addict but I beg to differ because I still dislike exercising. I do it because it keeps the weight off me and it makes me healthier. But yea, I still try to keep off carbs but it's difficult ever since I started working. Working, studying and gym sessions can lead to a lot of stress build-up and hence, leading one to eat. I still try to watch what I put into my mouth but it's a weak battle of determination. Sometimes I indulge and sometimes I don't. Sigh...
