First day of eating a 30 gram protein breakfast. I'll say that it kept me from snacking all morning. I'm just getting hungry for lunch and it's 12:45. So, that was good. I'll see how I do with the rest of the day.

Went to the doctor on Friday. We agreed I need to work on being healthy, so I'm getting back to using this program. She suggested I limit my calories to 1200, have no more than 80 grams of carbs a day, and eat around 30 grams of protein for breakfast. She also told me to work at getting 30-45 minutes of exercise a day.
The carbs limit is going to be the hardest part. I had no idea how many carbs I was actually eating every day. It's no wonder I wasn't losing any weight...in fact I was gaining it slowly. I'm starting this week to work toward my goals.
