Work keeps me on the road and I am struggling. Not giving up just struggling.

Gained after working solid for a month but back into the program. Life is always a challenge. :)

Turnaround is for all intents and purposes complete even if we are still starting up. A total of 35 days on continual work at 10 hours a day. I was too tired to do any workouts during the TA but maintained a somewhat balanced diet. Regardless I know I gained somewhat. I will get back in to my routine and then weigh in this weekend. This morning I did my first normal workout. I am back!!!!

Day 14 of the Turnaround another week to go. I havent been able to do any workouts but I am walking 2-3 hours a day up stairs and ladders. Then down stairs an ladders.
