Rough Weekend, hamburgers and Potato chips, schedule was not good for workouts. Oh well, improved on Sunday and back on track.

Hmm, yesterday was a cheat day Salt and Vinegar potato chips watching Revolution. Today's walking was increased again which took me into the fat burn zone on the treadmill. Yay!!! Light work our with weights getting very easy; this is a good thing. Onward and downward.

Sunday was a rest day for exercise. BBQ was the fair with a fine steak and potatoes. Today I started with a poor breakfast, but increased my walking routine and added a small strength work out. The weight routine is getting easier so that should be a sign of building muscle again.

Yesterday, missed lunch due to delay while I visited work. After work, I drove to Regina and did some shopping. I was going to eat some fast food but changed my mind. Instead I had an afternoon snack too much cheese and crackers.
