I have been feeling good it feels super good to workout and I love how i feel after i workout I just have to make sure I get my time in that is very important to me! My eating has been great no real binges...Tomorrow, my plan is to get a great workout in and that way I will really be able to enjoy my self at dinner...SHOGUN!!! Cant wait!Even thought we are going tout tomorrow i plan on eating light... we will see how that goes...Also I have been feeling good but at the same time when I see myself i cant help but say ugh... I am so gross. I think in time i will begin to like what I see more and more. Everyday when I wake up I do notice a difference and that put a big smile on my face!

Hi! I walked for an hour yesterday and I felt GREAT!! I am going to continue to do some form of physical activity everyday.. it mad me feel so refreshed and I had alot more energy!! I am much more contious of what I am eating now that I am loging in my food b.c i can see the numbers of the calories up and up and it made me relize that I have complete control of how high the numbers will go! I really want to continue to stay on track... but I know I have to take one day at a time I dont want to get ahead of myslf!... Till later
