It's Monday studying for final exam and then off to karate studio for workout. I'll try to weigh today I think it should be positive. I have been pretty good over the weekend.

Still doing well(scale is not moving). Had a few cravings today so, I had a couple lemon sugar free cookies. But other than that doing good. Having the parmasian crusted chick and spicy corn with green beans for dinner.
tomarrow back to the gym. 60 min cardio.

Feeling good on the right track, still in phase 1 but I feel good about it only a few more days (well 11 to be exact)to go.
I am going to try to limit my wheat products after phease 1, to only twice a week. That is where I think I lost control last time. too many wheat products. good luck everyone.
