Exercise:
- 4km run
Diet
- Bfast: sandwich and apple
- Lunch: rice, curry chicken, fried fish and lotsa vegetables
- Snack: old chang kee curry puff
- Dinner: Smoke duck salad, tortilla chips and guacamole dip
Thoughts: the weight control pill is working, i dun feel hungry during meal times. Can feel the side effects, feeling very thirsty throughout the day. During the run, my heartrate shot up to 220 when i'm doing a simple jog, would need to monitor my heartrate during exercise closely.

Did weigh in and BMI recording at medical centre today. 95 kg and 29.3 BMI, Body Fat % 24.5..
Nxt Target is 91 Kg by 1st wk may and BMI 28!
