Stuffed peppers for lunch 😊 Stuffed with feta, cous cous, spring onions, tomatoes and some herbs to add flavour. For healthier option swap cous cous for quinoa. Happy Sunday!

Cheat time! After successful loss of 2kg, I have decided to treat myself to my favourite food - roasted paneer😘 yes, its quite heavy, but I think its well deserved🤗 I am definitely on right track.
