Gained 1 lb. this week. I was very good about what I ate and counted all my calories. I going to take it as muscle gain not fat!! I have a 10 mile race on Sunday. I am feeling really good so I'm not going to let the 1 lb. gain get to me!

Lost 2 lbs this week!! I feel really good and I just want to keep staying on track. I have a 5k tomorrow and the Perfect 10 mile race next Sunday.
