Found this site which fits/describes me to a tee. Talking seeing and doing with women the same as me is awesome! My personal health until just about a year ago even with the extra pounds was better then most people with 100 lbs to lose! I could do 3 miles in under 40 min walking and ride bicycle 10 min and feel good doing it! I was/am on meds for HB and borderline diabetes (lowest dose metformin) had both under control and was eating pretty darn healthy, but last yr have not been doing as well and really need to get back to my exercising! today walked total of 35 min so far but at a very slow speed for me! Need to bring back up to what was last year at least and better as I lose weight. Also in the last yr my eating habits have deteriorated, especially towards sweets, today has been a good day so far!
