Today is the third day of my...I don't really know what to call it. On the one hand, I'm trying to lose the belly fat and gain muscle, but on the other hand I'm not really dieting, I'm just watching what I put into my mouth and making healthier decisions.

Let's call it Operation: Destroy Belly Fat!

So day three of Operation: Destroy Bell Fat (ODBF), and so far it's going well. I'm much more aware of what's in the food I'm eating and making a conscious effort to only eat when I'm hungry. The snacks I eat through out the day are now smaller in portion size and healthier. Let's hope I can keep it up.

Here are a couple of guidelines for this mission:
- No alcohol consumption during this mission.
- Exercise daily. no matter the exercise, a little is better than nothing.
- Write a daily journal.
- Document food intake and exercise for each day.
- Weigh in only once a week to avoid weight obsession.

I think that's good for now...I'm off!
