Well tomorrow is 1st weigh in and I'm feeling prety good about it today....I went to do some business banking today and the teller who I know pretty well as I'm in there every day said to me "your losing weight" Wow did that feel good..and the funny thing is that its only been 4 days......I do see it in my face already and for whatever reason I do have more energy tonight then the last few nights which is pretty good. I made sausage chili tonight and it was soooo good... I will have to make that every week I think as my son enjoyed it as well... Well off to bed and hoping tomorrows weigh in is good but its only the beginning.This has to be a lifestyle change for me and I am realizing that...

Well up and at em this morning! Ready for work ALMOST..LOL Had a quick egg, with a bit of ground sausage in it and a little tomotoe...Just a quick start....Got my sausage chili already in the crookpot and plan on turning that on when I come home on my lunch break....WHEW this is alot of work and alot of cooking but in the end it will be well worth it and who knows perhaps I will become an even better cook as I believe I already am somewhat...HAHA.. Tomorrow is weigh in and I can't wait...The encouragement I am getting from this support is unbelievable and meeting some great new friends along the way. I really could use that in my life right now and I am feeling pretty darn good....

Well just got back from my workout from Curves over my lunch hour and started the NEW Smart Curves machines..I burned 496 calories...I'm impressed but I don't believe it...I would do 6 miles on my stationary bike and only burn 320 and that took 40 minutes or so... Go figure..Anyway, still feeling pretty good and now back to my desk where I must work and keep making trips to that water cooler.."Come on ME you can DO IT!!!!"

Well day 3 on the SB diet.... Still feeling pretty good..However, fuond myself at work just now at my desk and feel quite hungry...Thank god I packed a small snack bag of peanuts....LOL... 2 more hours and its lunch time....Nice hearty salad with chicken...MMMMM Can't wait...Still looking for some diet buddies and trying to figure this whole 3 Fat Chicks site out....Somebody help me already...haha
