Way to go qtkare,your goal is were I need to be,plus a little less.I've been on the SoBe Diet too,since Feb.09'.I always tell people about this diet,that's if they ask how I lost the wt.I just went back to phase 1 as of yesterday to help me loose the last 20 lbs.I sure miss eating my steel cut oatmeal and whole wheat.I thought I would miss the fruit,but I don't !
