My bad habits kicked in this weekend with some stress from the wedding. I had fast food but i also went right along with the group after the walk with a traditional Jims Steak (Cheese steak). But today i jumped right back into my new everyday eating habits and plan to keep it that way. My gym is closed this week so i'm not really sure how i'm going to keep up with my cardio the way i usually do.

Starting to feel great. I did some jogging/walking yesterday and started a workout video yesterday. I did 20 minutes of core workout and then i did 20 minutes of total body. Totally feeling it in my back thighs and a little in my upper ab area... I want to feel it in the lower ab b/c that the main goal, the muffin top. Hopefully I will start seeing results in a week or two. :)I love my new diet too. I use to be a person that eats out all the time but I new if I wanted to see some results I needed to change the way I ate. Now I have a steady diet of the same meals everyday. there may be a what some people call a cheat day b/c with my reception coming up there are a lot of weekends where i cannot direct where the day will go.

I do cardio at the gym like Zumba, Hip hop, and the Elliptical machine sometimes. I've been going since May and i've actually gained 10 pounds (give or take). But I am in school and planning my wedding reception. I think I tend to stress eat and we only food shop once a month so usually I eat the healthy things right away and all the bad stuff is left or we eat out the rest of the time. I need to get this muffin top off. And i need to fit in my wedding dress.
