Well, I had fallen off the wagon for a couple of weeks and was 1/2 doing the program and 1/2 not. But, I started back on track this past Monday on Phase 1 of EFS and I've dropped 2lbs. I have moved into a new building at work which has a huge parking lot in the back. I've been walking for a 1/2 hour every day this week and then go home and do 20 min on the eliptical, 20 min on the stationery bike and stomach exercises. I think the power walking as well as putting time in between workouts has helped to kick my weight loss in gear. So I'M BACK!

Day 1 of cycle 1 of EFS (again!)
Well, I didn't have such a good weekend. I followed the program but had little bites of stuff here and there. I worked out real hard this and I can feel and see a difference but the scale was up 3lbs this morning. I'm not going to count today and weigh myself tomorrow for last week. I have lost quite a few inches off my body so I'm thinking the weight gain is increased muscle mass. I had several friends tell me this weekend that I looked great, so I'll go by that instead of what the scale says. So, since I still have about 15lbs to go, I've started over again with cycle 1 of EFS. I know how to alter some of the things I eat now, so I am hoping for success! Have a great day everyone!

Day 3 of Cycle 3 for EFS.
Well yesterday I did 20min on a stationery bike and I swam for 20 min. I think swimming has been more of a workout than the eliptical trainer. It was really good for stretching the tendon in my leg (since my achilles tendon surgery), and was a full body workout. I did some laps and treaded water and I was exhausted. I have a b-day party to go to tonight and I plan on making some veggie fried rice and a large salad. That way I can enjoy myself and not just sit around watching everyone else eat. Well here I am and I've actually lost 7lbs since I started doing EFS, 5 since I've logged onto this website. I am on day 2 of cycle 3 and I feel very energized. I did cheat a little bit by not counting how many crackers were in my snacks and having a couple spoonfuls of ice cream. I have lost so many inches off my body I could jump up and click my heels! I think I am building muscle, which of course weighs more than fat, but my body is shaping and toning up nicely! I'm pretty pleased. Good luck to me on another week and good luck to all of you!
