I should have known better than to look at the scale reading at the docotor’s office. Weighing-in while Fully clothed, parka, and snow boots is not helpful!

Back at ballet class! Finally getting over the blahs and feeling good. Went overboard with the chips today....lol. But I did turn down cookies, brownies, and cupcakes (easy for me). But Oh - CHIPS! My weakness. Will do better tomorrow.
