How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I do it daily. I find it facinating how much sodium intake can affect water retention. I have fluctuated as much as 7 lbs between going to bed and waking up in the morning.

Great Day at the Gym
Great day at the gym...

Barbell squat - 205x5, 215x5, 225x5, 235x5, 245x5
Hip Sled - 245x10, 295x10, 355x10, 405x10, 455x10
Pull ups - 10, 10, 10, 7, 6, 5

Did a few db and straight bar curls and a little chest work with 125 pushups.

Diet has been fairly solid the last 10 days or so. Big beerfest this weekend so will probably fill like sh!te on Sunday.

Trying to come to the realization that I am 36 and can't workout with the same heavy weight like my gym partners who are ten years younger. I have moved more weight in the last few months than I ever thought I would. 285 on bench, 365 on Deadlift and 315 on Squat. I am down about 18 - 20 lbs since I started tracking in FS. Never really had a goal of losing weight just a by product of moving weight and eating cleaner.
