So far I have failed miserably at gaining weight. It is true that I have a least gained a pound, but I need to get to 110 at a minimum and I need to gain 20 pounds at a maximum. I know that I am still not eating enough and I am not even coming close to my goal calorie intake so I need to focus on shoving food in my face or I will just contain to maintain my current weight.

So today is day 1. I am trying to get into the air force and in order to do that I need to gain about 20 more pounds. I am starting by eating at least 2800 calories a day and exercising 6 times a week hoping that I gain muscle mass.
