Well, today is 3rd day on 4day Wonder Diet. No change on scale; however, it’s not going higher, so I’m relieved for that. I’ve been following strictly and not experiencing hunger pangs, but I think I may have used too much salt. In error my green beans were salted too much for taste. Today I’m going to try to use a minimal amount.
Tomorrow is the last day for the Wonder Diet, though it’s not advised to wait a month before using it again, I think I might as part of intermittent fasting until I reach my goal wait.

2nd day of 4 Day Wonder Diet which promises up to 10 lb loss. I’ll see.... This weight is really stubborn.

Wii Balance Board gives me this reading. I’m going to use it. I’m not sure why this reading is so different except that this is through the Wii Fit game and the other is from the Biggest Loser Wii game.
I will use the Wii Fit in the morning and the Biggest Loser in the evening.

Weight corrected with Wii Balance Board😬. Will start new program with Wii. I like this game that allows me to track my activity. Bought it and Biggest Loser Wii game at thrift for around $50. Found Balance Board today for $7. It’s fun!
