Wii value. Five lbs away from initial weight loss last November. I’m on board now, for sure. Things going like they are, I should be there this time next week. I know a lot of this is excess water in my tissues. The real weight loss will be more reasonable at 2-3 lbs a week. This weight loss is mostly due to my restricting salt.
I would love to be my perfect weight by next November. Fifteen lbs a month = seventy-five lbs by November! I only need to lose 60 lbs to be where I want to be, around 155-165 lbs. 🙂

Lost a little weight last week using 4 Day Wonder Diet. Using it again for intermittent fasting tactic. Four days on—three days regular. Should lose another 3 - 4 lbs this week. At this rate if I can remain focused, I will be near 200 the first week in December, and 180-185 by January. I’m impressed that during the 4days , I’m not needing insulin. No wonder because this is low carb eating. On the regular days I do have to use insulin, however, with glucose readings sometimes almost at 300.
I’m pleased to see that I am 10 lbs lighter than my September weight. 😀
