would like to know some successfull workout routines
Wii Active (the personal trainer program by Bob Greene), includes an amazing 30 day program to get started on working out..it's intense but sooo worth it. You'll notice tone in a matter of weeks. Also, just began Pilates...incredible for the core. Carmen Electra's workout's are fun and really make you break a sweat too!

Halfway There
So today, I reached my halfway point. Feels pretty amazing. 36.2lbs gone. That's more than three bags of potatoes off my back and knees.
I'm overwhelmed a bit though. I don't know what it feels like to have a healthy, fit body and it seems like that's what I'm going to get. It's wonderful and scary. I haven't weighed this since I was like 15/16. It's like being a fish out of water and I still have almost 40lbs to go..
I guess I should mention, all I'm doing is following Canada's food guide, with SLIGHTLY smaller carb servings in the evenings (1/4 cup dry rice instead of 1/3 or 1/2) and I began working out approximately 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping the working out will help continue to lower my bloodpressure and other medical issues as well as prevent the dreaded saggy skin. My dietitian says I'm not losing it too fast, so it won't come piling back on spontaneously either..Kind of like pulling off a really big warm, (albeit tattered, bulky and tired looking) blanket. Not sure I'm ready for that kind of exposure.
Anyways, I'll try and post again soon. Thanks for being an outlet!
