Diets can be harmful.
First of all, it is so important that we shouldn't get fat in the first place but life happens right. Food will never, ever, ever make your problems go away. After you eat badly, and I'm not talking about the occasional spurge or treat, but after a binge you feel awful. After gaining and losing, gaining and losing over and over again,it's bad for your metabolism and the body. I've been there soooo many times. Trust me it is bad for you emotionally and physically!! Your "diet" is a way of eating and I had to face it, YOU CAN'T EAT WHAT YOU WANT WHENEVER YOU WANT AND YOU CAN'T OUT EXERCISE A BAD DIET. I have the occasional fries but can I have them everyday and expect to lose weight? Of course not. You have to have a healthy, balanced diet each and every day. It's like hygiene you can't get away with not brushing your teeth daily. Also, what I've learned is that this fast weight loss stuff doesn't work. You are only going to lose 1-2.5 lbs of fat each week period!! Not only is that healthy, you can sustain that rate without going crazy for months on end and have one treat a week, not all day eating treat but just ONE treat a week. Healthy eating isn't an occasional thing it is each and every day.
