I'm an outdoor enthusiast, especially during the summer - biking, hiking, running, gardening, whatever. I'm also an avid foodie - I love to cook and eat! It usually balances out, but I got a little lazy over the winter and need to take off a few pounds and firm up. I already lost 20 pounds with the help of this site last year and I am determined to keep it off because trying to lose weight when you're over 40 sucks!!!
