Starting over - this time as a lifestyle change. Joined a gym, working with a personal trainer for a custom workout/exercise schedule, and meeting with a nutritionist after Thanksgiving for a customized menu/meal plan.

Determined that a good amount of my carbohydrates this summer was coming from not only snack foods, but increased alcohol consumption at social events. Less social=less beer. Or just need to drink water or diet soda instead.

Had a rough summer - lots of social events, cookouts, travel, etc.... tough to maintain healthy eating due to too many temptations and not enough exercise.

Due to various life situations, money issues, planned and unplanned trips, the diet has come to a grinding halt. Thankfully, I have not gained much (maybe a pound or two). The plan is to get back on the right track after our beach vacation in mid-July and kickstart my dieting efforts to hopefully hit 165 before the holiday season.
