breakfast : scrambled eggs with cheese and light sausage, 2 strips of bacon (I pick this up from a deli)
lunch: Salad [spinach, lettuce, few cherry tomatoes, steamed fish (its pretty oily , not sure its oil from fish)
Dinner: crab salad (little crab and lettuce etc)

May16

Dinner: chicken and lamb kebab (grilled), fish
Drinks: 2 whiskey neat

coffee: petes coffee with milk (half and half) no sugar
Dinner: chicken , avocado, sourcream, spicy sauces .. mexican plate

lunch: omlette - vegge
coffee: petes coffee with milk (half and half) no sugar
Dinner: rotessari chicken

lunch: Salad with ahi fish and vinegrrate heavy dressing
Dinner: panda express (veggies and teriyaki chicken)
Light Gym - weight training - 30 mins

dinner: 3 chicken sausage from trader joes

lunch: chicken and lamb from a afghan/Mediterranean food truck
Dinner: chicken teriyaki + fish sezwan + veggies from Panda Express

I am trying to get into ketosis but dont see any symptoms. I drink a lot of water so not sure if keto strips would help.

Not sure if I can have lentils during this diet, running out of food options
