Ok, I am going to try this site...I usually use myfitnesspal, but am back on the wagon and looking to continue using a tracker. I lose it by the end of the day......eating more than half of my calories later in the evening. I have been doing well at work (although I need to cut back on the nuts) an am committed to do it. I have been battling the same ten lbs since I quit smoking three months ago, and need to drink WAY more water-as I am in a constant state of dehydration. Today is a new day. It is a Monday and the start to a new week. New day...New me. Total calories for me I think will be 1200-1500. Have a great week ya'll and look forward to doing this. Again.
