So... my weight skyrocketed after I got back from my roadtrip. 44 hours of sitting in a car will do that to you, I guess. I've been doing damage control for the past 3 days, and I finally have it down to where I can post it without feeling waaaay too embarassed. I was JUST in the yellow zone and here I am back in the red. :'( Not a good feeling at all, but I know I'll catch back up. I try my Halloween costume on tomorrow... keeping my fingers crossed that I fit better in it, lol. I'm just going to go extra hard at Zumba tonight, and fit a walk in with my doggie. I should be ok. Should be... sighhhh.

The weekend was long and exhausting. I'm still feeling it today, unfortunately... I think the best thing I can do is ignore the fact that I feel like a pile of poop and keep on trucking. Maybe I'll have a better outlook on the day, tomorrow. :)

Ohhhh yeahhhh!
I feel great, even with just 11 lbs gone. I can wear some of the clothes I haven't been able to wear, comfortably. I definitely need to do better about eating a snack between lunch and dinner, that is when I become the most ravenous. O_O
I've got a long road trip this weekend so I won't be doing much on this site. Here's hope to me keeping a clear and focused mind on health while on the road!

I just wanted to take a moment to express how much I value the members on this site. I don't think I could have lost the weight I did (and will lose!) without everyone on here. You guys are ROCKSTARS and don't you let anyone tell you differently! With so many flavors of personalities giving advice and varied words of wisdom, how could we not succeed??
