Stuck and Sinking
are you weighing yourself the same time everyday? Are you wearing clothes or not becuase they all weight different. I had weeks of not losing anything doing 1500 calories walking 30 min a day and exercising at the gym 3-4 times a week for about an hour and a half after 2 weeks i dropped 3 pounds so i think people lose it differently depending on your starting weight and if you are toned or not etc. Be patient and follow your calorie intake and exercise for sure and it WILL happen Smile

Fiber
unfortunately I need to avoid fiber. I've tried the fiber bars which i like but afterwards my stomach bloats and i have sharp pains across my stomach for days. I can only do a little little bit at a time. I love nuts but can't really eat many of those either nor can i do that on a daily basis. I hate to be so personal but it constipates the heck out of me lol.

Healthy Snacks
I'm working out and actually just added some zumba and step classes to help with slimming my hips/buttocks. It doesn't seem to be working been at it for about 5 months now. It has to be the food. I'm having difficulty finding good snacks for someone with dairy/fiber issues any suggestions that aren't too expensive.
