Very frustrated with this plateau I seem to have hit. I am working with a weight trainer two days a week and doing an hour of kickboxing two other days a week! I am not over eating, I'm drinking water and I am still not getting the results i want!!! Has anyone else experienced this kind of HALT in progress??

I have had no change since my last weigh in. It is really discouraging when you work out and eat decent, (not perfect I will admit) but not seeing any results makes me want to throw in the towel. I'm not giving up......yet
