Struggled with eating all week. Found that at work I needed munchies when thinking out a problem. I've turned to grapefruit and hot air popcorn.

Ate too much chicken noodle soup due to being down with flu. Surprised that I lost so I treated myself to a new treat. A healthier cinnamon roll.

Did not feel too well yesterday, so when I got home from work took nap and ended up eating Dinner about 7:00.
This morning scale was first time to see slight gain (less 1 lb). Could be due to late supper or new cold it seems I've got. Having problems today getting enough water due to busy day at the office. Will need to increase water intake at home tonight.
