Extreme Fat Smash
I am sort of new to the whole dieting thing. I just read the new Extreme Fat Smash Diet book. What are your takes on the book/diet? It sounds really intense. Should I start with the regular Fat Smash Diet? I am only looking to lose approx. 10lbs and I have over 3 months to do it.
