Maintaining 145 with Mona Vie Pulse one month and Mona Vie original the next. Blood tests show normal hormones & thyroid, cholesterol is down, blood pressure is staying at 120/80, stomach and IBS issues have stopped. Migraines are rare now and aches and pains are sparse. Feel better now than ever before. In control of my food, planted my own container garden for veggies. Require at least hour outside everyday doing exercise, gardening, chasing the kid. Body has gone from flab to solid muscle in most places. Might still try to get rid of another inch or so around the middle.

I got REALLY tired of trying to count calories and MAKE SURE my exercise outweighed my food intake. So I went back to my old eating habits (everything in moderation) and slightly altered my exercise to include my kid in everything.
The biggest thing I have done is start drinking MONA-Vie and that has lead me to a VERY STEADY weight lose and a much more natural building of lean muscle. I am TOTALLY shocked at how different I look. On Valentine's Day my BMI was 28.6, that's the day I started drinking it. By the end of March it was 26.4, now it's 25.3. What a difference 4 oz. of fruit juice can do!!! Shopping for clothes is now FUN Again!

BACK TO IT!!! The last few months of my life have gotten in the way of my diet. The holidays, my new FULL-Time job, kid in school for the first time & her dance classes, husband taking a photography job that requires lots of travel and there was NO DIET or menu plan. Fast food and sweet tea have been it for a few months.
Three weeks ago I weighed about 159 almost 160.
SO!! I have finally gotten to a steady, although still hectic pace and can now focus more on our eating healthy. Back to working out 4 - 6 times a week instead of 1 - 2, as a family we are making up a weekly menu plan then shopping for ONLY those items. We make sure that dinner preparation includes enough for all of us to have lunch the next day. That has cut down a great deal on the cost of buying lunch out and gives us many more options.
New target date is my 43rd birthday in April.
