I NEED ALL THE SUPPORT I CAN GET!!!
Here I go. I am not ready to start just yet. I will get started next Monday. I will go shopping for good foods over the weekend and make a plan to detox my body. I am also going to finish reading the "You on a Diet" book to really know what I am doing. I hope I really loose this weight. I love exercising and eating well it is just the many daily chores and things I have to do between work and family that keep me away from it. I really want to loose this weight to feel better, look better and hopefully live longer!!!!
