My short term goal is to get to 200lbs. My long term is 130. I've been doing a lot of walking and counting calories in my head. It seems to be working, but I wanted to get a calorie counter just to be safe. I've dealt with self esteem issues nearly all my life and have recently decided to stop trying to handle things on my own. Attending church regularly and being around loved ones keeps me motivated. I'm feeling pretty optimistic. :)
