firmly back to 164 after exercise 106 glucose level ketone 2.4 slept great last night full 9 hours

8:00 am after coffee before exercise 99 bgl. Went to sleep early last night but was awake from 2 to 4 then got up at 6. Jack put some sugar in the veggies last night so that might have affected my sleep. Should have check glucose levels before sleep.
