I'm only a day in and throughout the day, it wasn't hard to shim my portions down. I've been keeping track of all my calorie intake by writing them in the food diet calendar. For breakfast, I had mini blueberry muffins, the ones that come in a tiny package and only consists of 150 calories. I was able to chow them down right before school started. After that, I went through my English class, then went to weight lift in my next class. By the end of the weight lifting class, I was tempted to eat my peanut butter sandwich, which I keep just in case for the occasion I ever do feel the irresistible urge to pig out on food whenever I get hunger pangs. For lunch I took some chocolate milk (130 calories), which I decided not to drink, a large slice of hamburger pizza (410 calories), and a cup of blueberry yogurt (170 calories). After I finished off these rather quickly, a friend approached me and gave me a stick of mint sugarless chewing gum (5 calories). After this small lunch of mine I went back to my drawing class finished that class up with absolutely no urge to eat any food. Towards the end of my final hour, which is my wood shop class, I started to get these minor hunger pains and hopefully I can last them out until 8:30pm to where I can snack on one peanut butter sandwich (230 calories) before bed.

Update** I ended up falling asleep and woke up at 8:20pm! Lucky me, now I get to enjoy my one peanut butter sandwich and go back to sleep.
