I've decided to start going to the gym, BEFORE I go into work. I work at 9 am to 3 pm, so that means, I get to wake up at 6:30am, and work out for my normal 2 hours. Which is perfectly fine with me ! I have upped my running on the tread mill, to 6 miles per hour. for one hour of course. then I work on my abs for a little bit as well. I switch up the muscle groups each time I go to the gym, but I keep it simple, just trying to tone, not add muscle. I like fitting into these clothes. they've cost me a lot over the years !
