I AM GOING TO ADD TO THE CHALLENGES I JOINED. 100 PUSH-UPS AND SQUATS A DAY FOR 8 WEEKS ALONG WITH 30 MINUTE CARDIO 5X/WEEK. I HOPE TO POST RESULTS AND INSPIRE!
