Since Atkins stopped working for me, I have gone back to a low calorie diet which is slowly working. I am eating more fruits and vegetables and still watching carbs, but watching calories more.

Actually started Atkins on July 1. Lost 4 pounds the first week, but have gained 4 oz. this week and I don't know why! I need some advice!
