Al and I did the 1 day diet yesterday and I was looking for a bigger lost. I'm trying not to lose faith and revert back to the weight gain.

I did the 12 hour diet yesterday and I'm doing the 1 day diet today. I worked out yesterday and I'm working out today. Al is doing the 1 day diet today with me.

still to go: 12.0 lb

This was at 4am because I had breakfast. Today I did the 12 hour diet. And I will stay under my calorie count. I will do the 1 day diet tomorrow and hopefully I can see a big drop soon.

I did the protein water yesterday. Before yesterday I wss 136.8 and yesterday I was 125. Tomorrow I will do the 12 hour diet and the next day I will do the 1 day diet. Hopefully this will drop my weight quickly.
