I didn't exercise yesterday, but I did stay under my calorie count. I will exercise today and hopefully I'll be under 125 tomorrow.

Finally, back in the 125 range. I'm now convinced that the protein powder is what made the difference. From now on I'm going to have that for dinner and see where it takes me.

When I first woke up at 10am I was 127 but after going back to bed I weighed in at 11:40 at this number. I'm still disappointed.

I was hoping for a much larger drop. I worked out on my elliptical and burned over 1,000 calories. I also ate really clean and wore the sweat suit. I will do the same today and see what happens tomorrow.

I have pinpointed where the gain is coming from. For two days now I have been eating a can of soup. The soup has a lot of sodium. I believe that it's making me hold on to water. Today I will eliminate sodium and eat clean. Hopefully tomorrow will be different.
