Howdy everyone - Truth and consequences time -

Weighed earlier this year then lost contact - No matter the reasons , weighed on Trouble my scale - I call it trouble because I gained -

I'm surprised only gained 16 from earlier this year - big nemesis for me is breads, pasta not bad anymore - beer just gotta watch calories and the frequency - Rather eat a steak than cake and always have -

Yesterday I did well until evening and did this -

Had 4 bud select
2 pretzel rod -
20 bites of turkey sausage -
4 oreo cookies -
2 sirloin burger with onion and pickles and mustard - no bread ha lot of laugh with everything else -
3 fit active 140 calories bars each -
couple glasses of coke zero -

So today I'm gonna be better ,going to the dirt track races and will drink diet soda or water and will probably have a pork tenderloin sandwich with pickles mustard and onion -

Tomorrow my birthday but I can be good - The worst will be beer but only a couple - I do better as I pay attention -

Good Luck to all - Down but not out - I'll do this -

Picture when I lose 1 pound - lol

-
I hope to give you a recent picture on here soon after I lose weight - lol -
I have not weighed but will weigh tonight I promise -

Poem for today -

Be happy everyday -
Tomorrow you can change but not yesterday -
Don't beat yourself up from hearsay -
We are tough enough on ourselves everyday -
This journey is one with hills and valleys -
It includes every Frank , Tom , Joan and all Sallys -
Pick how you want to live each day and go at it with vigor -
Stay away from too much alcohol and anything that says jigger -
We can all have fun and encourage everyone -
Give ones down a boost and give others a job well done -
Remember , everyone you meet has a story -
No matter if they are down or in their glory -
What makes you happy is individual to all -
Pursue that and in life you'll have a ball -

Good day
