What is better for losing weight: weightlifting or jogging?
Both are helpful for losing weight. I'm telling this because of my personal experience and tried these techniques 3 months ago.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I think morning is best time for doing exercise because it keep us fresh for whole day and also give energy for working effectively.
