I hope everyone is enjoying this weekend as I am. Today I weighed in and continue to
be amazed as I lose weight. I was looking at my drivers' license that was issued back in February 2013 and I noted my weight as 220lbs.

Another week has gone by and I am happy to say still continuing to lose my weight.
I am still on occasions craving sweets, especially at night after dinner, and have
been eating apple slices, sliced half-ripe bananas, or popcorn.

I lost another 2 lbs in 6 days and I am happy to report this. Today is Sunday and will be my "Rest Day". I will start again on Monday with the 3-day military diet.
Just to let you know because Sunday is my rest day I still do adhere to the low-calorie intake for the day. As far as exercise I do not commit, however, I will be
helping a friend move today so I am sure I will be getting some exercise, the key
for exercise is not just going to a gym or walking but keeping your body moving doing something productive like cleaning your refrigerator or mowing the lawn.

well, I am very pleased to say that I am continuing to lose weight at a moderate rate and feeling better by the day. I learned a few more things about sweeteners that if it is not natural don't use it, Lol
