The scale went down today! Yayy! I lost the weight I put on in Montreal.
I'm switching to the GI diet. I think this will be easier for me... I was starting to obsess about point counting.
I also started a challenge. I am going to excercise every single day next week and see how that affects my eatng habits and weight.
Back on track!

Ok. Back on track now... went to Bikram's yoga last night (almost threw up but I got through it...) then went to step tonight. Tough two days after not being motivated for so long...
I started a challenge... hope people join.
I want to excercise every day as it makes me feel better about life in general.

I just saw a photo of myself and look so big in it. It was not a nice feeling...
I'm so discouraged...
I am on vcation after next week and am going to do a self detox. Hot yoga every day and healthy eating... I really need to take control of my weight!
