The week leading to fourth of July was difficult because my family and I went to see family out of state, so it was all about eating at restaurants. Knowing that I did my best to eat relatively well and healthy but I also made sure to do exercise (as much as I could while visiting). The goal was not to gain weight (instead of losing weight). When we came back, I did in fact not gain weight. Then this week I followed my WW diet as closely as I could and I did better than I thought I would. I lost 4 pounds and I feel great!!

I lost over 120 pounds. Then i stopped looking at what I ate, and gained 50 pounds back. I felt like a failure. I felt that I had let everybody down because I lost so much weight and I gained it back. I eat at night and I eat fast food, and I feel like I am out of control. I don't do exercise as much. I have to change again. I have to remember what I did to lose weight and how I have to maintain this lifestyle for the rest of my life. This cannot be a yo-yo lifestyle, I have to be strong to go ahead and lose weight for me and for my family. This is the moment I draw a line on the ground.
