One of these days I will start exercising! I am so stressed though with what to eat, and what not to eat! I need to get enough protein and fiber etc., but lower my triglycerides, and get enough good cholesterol, and eat enough servings of different foods everyday.
So much to keep track of!
I am so glad I am learning now, so that when I have kids they can be healthy!
My current goal is to get to 239. I am at 242 right now.
This shouldn't be to hard!

I went to the doctor the other day - My triglycerides are way to high, and my good cholesterol is to low.
So, I am revamping my diet (and starting over!)
I am cutting back on red meat. As a matter of fact, I made BLT's for the family yesterday, and only snuck 1 piece of bacon!
I also made several chicken breast, and cut them thin to us for lunch meat (cause I can't have pre-packaged lunch meat). I switched to Honey Wheat bread, instead of white (I can't stand whole wheat - I am trying to learn to like it). I bought a bunch of fruit yesterday to snack on, and frozen fruit to use in my Herbalife shakes. This morning, I made a Razzamatazz shake for myself, my love, and my mom and sister.
Dinner the other day was a mix of whole wheat pasta, and regular penne.
So, while not perfect, I am making strides!
Also, my dad helped my fix the treadmill, so as soon as this heat goes down, I will be able to use it again!

yes! I lost Finally. I'm a loser, lol. I need to get over the counting carb thing. A bunch of my carbs are fruit, which is not bad.
I made a fruit salad for a snack today. Trying to beat my normal bad habit weekends. Wish me luck!
