I am 22 years old and I weigh 190 lbs. I was a steady 160 lbs. throughout high school, and I lost 20 lbs. my senior year in high school, which brought me down to 140 lbs! But now that I am a full-time college student, and I work full-time, I am all the way up to 190 lbs. I have tried different things, but the truth is, trying to loose weight on a particular diet or a rigorous exercise program, while effective, they are also very time consuming. I am going to try doing something simple. Track what I eat (while eating healthier) and walk daily. I am going to dedicate myself to having healthy food available so that I do not just go and eat whatever I feel like. That means going to the grocery store, no matter how tired I am. It's a start and it is better than what I did yesterday!
